Very Strange Third Person Glitch (black surface-like line groups)

Hello! How are you doing?

As the title implies, my Skyrim save is not doing so well. I'm really at a loss of what could this be. I though it was due to a mistake of installing ece when i already had race menu, but deleting ece did not solve the issue and i don't know anymore what to do. I've seen similar problems when i've searched the forum, but none quite so bad as my case, so, any help at all is really appreciated.

Even though i had no issues before, i will try disabling mod by mod from the last installed and update this post with news if i end up finding a solution and someone happens to encounter similar issues.

Update:

I am very happy to let you guys know i solved the issue! Well... partially.

I have not managed to make to solve the problem by just deactivating mods, i had to reinstall the game and mod it again... **SIGH**

This time around i did not install OSA nor Paramount - FPS Galore, since those were the last added just before the problem started.

I did not get back to the forum due to personal issues that happened which took many days away from me where i could not play/test nor had the energy to do so.

So... Yeah, though i wish i had better recommendations for those with similar problems, it seems to be something with compatibility problems with the two mods listed in this reply. Remove those mods and start a new game should be enough in most cases, where it is not enough, you may need to reinstall the game and do NOT install these mods again, this is the only thing that worked for me.
