Almost 3/4 of screen has a black shadow on bottom.

Hello guys. Need help here

Freshly installed skyrim se again but I have a problem that I cant fix anyway.
Lower part of my screen is transparent black. Happens when looking at the ground outside near grass. tryed almost everything, even reinstalled game.

-closed every external app running in backround, because it looks lika a smaller window

-Tryed fixing it trought ini files with shadows didnt made it. I have no enb od reshade installed.
-tryed it only with verdant and unofficial patch still happens.
-tryed messing with the shadow distance still no difference

any suggestions
