NuaghtNot
I'm recently new to p.c skyrim , and my knowledge of modding is limited , as to date i have vortex , and a bunch of mods that do not seem to be in order , i do have S.K.S.E on vortex .. not sure if this is the place for it ( the video i found to put it on my PC didn't make any sense .. and i couldn't find the coordinating files it was talking about ) when i go to play the game every model , including animals are in a perpetual T-pose , witch ... makes the game annoying to try and fix ,so my questions are as fallow's :1.) how do i correct the lack of a load order , or more specifically how do i correct this ? and whats a good order2.)is S.K.S.E good in vortex ? or do i need to move it ? (if so can you enplane where ? i'm kinda slow )3.)do i need to uninstall everything and retry this fun fest ? or is this a common and easy fix ?4.) is having mods attached to skyrim cuaseing a conflict and part of my problem ? (the ones you can access in the start menu from Bethesda ) I can provide a screen shot of all current mod in vortex if it will be of help , i also have a few questions about mods that are not as important , i will probably post them here once i get the game operationalthank you in advanced
xkkmEl
No experience with vortex... so take my reply with grain of salt. SKSE typically has to be installed manually because it contains files that must go into the game directory (one level up from the "data" directory). Vortex will only auto-manage files in the "data" directory and below. Frozen NPCs is usually the result of failing to run the FNIS tool. If you have FNIS installed, read the docs and run the tool! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mxgOHj5gdpM For load order management, I use LOOT and highly recommend it, whatever mod manager you use. I think your problems are of the "RTFM" variety and easy to fix once you understand what needs to be done. Reinstalling is unlikely to help until you do understand. Caution: I have been wrong before.
