Morrigan makes end-game offer directly to Alistair

In short: If Warden is at 100 (friendship) with Morrigan and 100 (romance) with Alistair, then Morrigan will approach Alistair directly. The Warden doesn't find out about the Ritual until after the Archdemon dies (whether the Warden confronts Alistair or he comes on his own to fess up). Essentially this just skips the conversations where Morrigan makes the offer and the Warden is required to coerce her love (or die).

Further modifiers could be added based on whether (for example) Alistair is hardened, the Warden and Alistair are in an active romance (vs breaking up for the good of the kingdom), or if Loghain was spared, but the idea is that (for whatever reason) Morrigan takes the deal directly to Alistair who accepts for the chance to save the woman he loves.
