Freeze when exiting Lakeview Manor

Hi everyone!

 

I read every forum post I could find regarding this issue and I could not solve it. What I observed, is that the game doesn't freeze when I go outside alone, only when I exit with my follower(s). I tried exiting alone then summoning my follower (AMT) and it froze then as well. I tried waiting 24 hours, removing the workbench, loading previous save, but nothing worked so far. Is there any way to fix this while keeping the follower mods?
