qhun Posted July 24, 2013 Posted July 24, 2013 (edited) When I load Skyrim through steam, all of my mods will be active and I can use them, and do whatever. When I load the game useing SKSE it will load fine, but any mod I recently downloaded is not there, like the files are not reaching the script extender. I deleted skse, reinstalled it, put it back into the correct folder and it didn't change. I let steam fully update and load mods that I subbed to, this did nothing. I deactivated and reactivated the mods using NMM, this also did nothing. I also tried running as admin, and changing the load order of the mods. I'm out of ideas, is there any way to fix this?
