Read the description of the mod especially if you're new to modding. There's always a tutorial on how to do this. Anyways try to clicking the batch build, see if that works.

Short answer, you have what appears to be a UNP-family texture, which isn't applying to the CBBE body type correctly.

Bear with me, this will be a bit messy and possibly confusing and likely repetitive...

XPMSE Skeleton >> wrapped by "nif" mesh >> wrapped by texture

  • XPMSE Skeleton - the foundation for a body. Skeltons look NOTJIGN like what we see. They are all about physics.
  • Mesh - what bodysiide builds (nif files) - this is the wire mesh we will eventually see. a wire frame model. (there's a bit more to it, but I'm leaving it at that)
  • Texture - what we see, the outside, the shell, the purdy skin, the gleaming weapon or shiny armor... (provided by a custom follower mod, by installed texture packs (for player), or provided by armor/clothing/wearables)

What or which body model(s) are you using?

I have both CBBE-3BBB and BHUNP body models installed. Since CBBE-3BBB is my primary, Bodyslide uses my CBBE-family textures. (if BHUNP was your primary model, then it'd use a UNP-family texture)

As a result, if I work on a BHUNP body, I see the same weirdness. nipples aren't placed "right", and there's a band of weirdness at the hips. Because Bodyslide looks to the player folders to assign the type of texture.

As to WHY the odd look you're seeing? Because CBBE-family textures don't play well with UNP-family meshes .... (what we are building in Bodyslide is only meshes, not fully wrapped bodies... the textures shown while working in Bodyslide are a convenience item). BODYSLIDE ONLY BUILDS MESHES.

Note: - Additionally, if the "build morphs chekbox is checked, then also racemenu "tri" files (needed for fine tuning bodies in racemenu)

And the same is true in reverse about mesh and texture (UNP mesh & CBBE texture). The two texture types are incompatible. UNP-family bodies must use UNP-family textures and CBBE-family bodies need to use CBBE-family textures

So... if you're working on a secondary body type (say for instance, for a follower or some NPC that isn't using your body model) , you're probably going to have to grit your teeth and bear with it unless the follower/etc has their own customer texture definition, which, once in game will be in evidence.

Case in point:

I have a follower who was originally a UNP asset. She used a UNP-family texture provided with the follower mod.

I converted her to BHUNP. While doing so, I basically had to recreate/duplicate her body within Bodyslide using snapshots of her when she was in her UNP instantiation

Great... except for one thing. Her nips were in the wrong place in Bodyslide, making it quite difficult to get her breasts "right" using the sliders, since MY female *player is CBBE-3BBB, and so therefore Bodyslide refers to her texture, rather than the follower 's UNP-family custom texture. It's the price I must pay for having two body models active. (there are ways around that, but they're a bit convoluted and not worth my time to pursue at present)

However... once built, and the mesh files moved from their working directory back into her custom folder, in game, she is referring to her own custom textures, and voila, if I've done my job correctly, the she'll look like a duplicate of the original but with the added characteristics of the BHUNP physics model. (she does btw, or pretty darned close, as do three others...well two anyway...one is a work in progress that I've kinda let go since I dropped to an older save and have been playing solo recently)

as for the four nipples thing? idk.

As an unrequested, and often (although not always, in terms of clothing/armor) unrelated bonus tidbit hint for best operation in bodyslide, since you say you're new, always make sure that any body preset used to build a body is made to work with the body (ie body outfit entry "body") model family. For that matter, clothing and armor and any other wearables should be treated similarly. Always use model compatible assets. You must be careful to use compatible presets and body/outfit selections.
