Quest NPCs not pathing?

Hey, been over a year since i played so i did a fresh install with some mods.

 

I'm currently having a bit of trouble with NPCs getting stuck. Followers, quest NPCs, and even an Imperial patrol just standing in a field outside Whiterun...

 

Sometimes they're fine, but other times they just stop walking and i have to shout or even move them with the console to get them to start walking again.

 

I just spent like an hour trying to get all of the companions into a circle at the back of Jorrvaskr to complete the cutscene for Proving Honor.

 

I also couldn't get Lydia to leave Dragonsreach without using moveto.

 

(and on that note, i get a CTD about 50% of the time i enter Dragonsreach...shitty but i can work with it)

 

I've tried searching around and it seems to be a pretty common problem, plenty of 2012 threads describing the EXACT problem, starting at the exact scene of Proving Honor.

 

I haven't tried uninstalling mods yet. And on that note, would just disabling them help out or is a clean save/uninstall necessary for troubleshooting? I'll add that i also haven't cleaned any of the files with TES5edit or whatever...It's completely new to me and I have to look into it.

 

If anyone has any ideas, i'd appreciate the input. It's been a while since i did any playing with mods so my order could be totally screwed. Here's my mod list:

I have the Move It UFOtweak above the bashed patch in NMM but Wrye is showing it it after...hmm..

well...it was a navmesh issue. Skyforge_plus v3.esp was screwing with stuff. As soon as i disabled it (and it alone), all of the stuck people paraded around town moving to their correct locations. When i disabled it along with the other mods i have installed....nothing happened. go figure.

 

anyways, is fixed.
