OK, my thoughts on the new updates:

 

The Good - Heavy armour looks much better, though I could live without the bullet belt at the front. The flak jacket thing looks WAY better. I might actually use that with this mod, I avoid it completely in normal playthroughs.

 

The Great - That carapace armour is sexy as hell! I want!

 

The Bad - I really dislike the shiny metallic texture that seems to be at the top of the trousers/pants on the heavy/flak armour... It just doesn't fit in for me.

 

Since you mentioned it to me, I thought I'd mention it back too... Remember not to go TOO overboard with the textures, less is more! ;)

The orange thing is basically fine, it's just that really light colour that seems completely off to me. Then again if it's colour-coded it might not be much of an issue in the final release lol. The texture is fine, just the colour doesn't fit everything else.

I probably didn't notice cause I haven't really played in the last three weeks, and when I'm testing nTex I generally just load that up on its own! :D I should also refrain from commenting when up at a stupid hour due to insomnia cause I get lost... wait... what were we talking about again? ;)
