Which mod makes Stump follower?

Hi all, I recently reinstalled the game and started building my load order.

Now I remember the last time I interacted with Stump in Riverwood, I got a dialogue option saying "Hey pup, wanna come along?"

Now I can't remember or figure out which mod was it that let me do it.

As far as I remember I was using Nether's follower framework, but its not showing me that dialogue now on a new save.

Any help would be much appreciated.
