I have a specific set in mind that I would like with a very specific idea of how it should look and the stats it should have. If anyone knows a good mod author and could point me in the right direction that would be awesome. May I add that if I had the means at this time and a good enough computer I would attempt creating this mod myself. Unfortunately I do not. That being said I can supply screenshots of examples of what I'm looking for. And just to throw this out there I am not looking for someone to do this pro bono, I will tip handsomely for their time and cooperation.
