Sort of like Interesting NPCs but just Snow Elves. Maybe a small little Snow Elf village they all live in near Auriel's temple? I believe it was titled Bellaria Isle, or Island. Sorry that I didn't copy it, but it was very late for me, and I had had enough for the day... The comments section states that it is not working properly. You may have to port (or have someone else port) the latest Skyrim version.
