UrbanSurgeon Posted July 25, 2013 Share Posted July 25, 2013 (edited) Hey Ya'll, Does anyone know why this keeps happening in my FO:NV? http://i.imgur.com/YwlIU61.jpg I've not installed any new mods and it's pretty annoying as it'll go like this every few minutes and then back to normal. I've revalidaded my cache and re-installed the base files via Steam but still no luck.
