Minor..ish mod issue

Well I downloaded the expansion (via torrent) and put it into the data folder like it said (after extracting them of coarse) and they appear and everything...to a extent. I was doing the help the outcast quest thing and no issues so far, untill theres like a floating red event marker. (like your in debug mode or something) and I walk into that and it activates the quest, keep moving...and I meet them, but none of them have voices I get through the super mutant fight and I keep moving forward...and all I see is the structure of the building I have to go in. (no walls but red markers going up) I was told I had to take a evevator there....any help?

hey i downloaded it to via torrent, and you got to make sure you put the files in the data folder of your fallout install directory, and when you launch the game go to data files and check Anchorage :D

I did, and it still does that. Also too add another issue. I want to add textures the B.A.B.E. one...yes yes I know....but archive invalidated cannot find the fallout ini. Before you ask, yes I do have vista and yes I did install it elsewhere then the program files. So that shouldn't be the issue.
