CTD when entering Moriarty's Saloon

I posted this topic in the hopes of finding help for the issue stated in the title. Thankfully, I figured out the problem. By painfully starting the game several times, gradually loading more plugins and rebuilding the Merged Patch properly, I tracked the problem to Lucy West Companion mode. The scripting might interfere somehow with the first time(s) you enter the saloon, so it is probably best to leave that plugin disabled, at least until you complete the Blood Ties quest, at which point I believe it will have no problem loading the plugin. I didn't find any note in the mod's page regarding the need for late activation of the plugin (might have overlooked it), so in any case, I ask mods to not delete this thread, as this solution I came across may somehow help someone that stumble upon the same issue I did. I'm also keeping my current load order so one can compare with his/her own, to for troubleshooting means, regarding this issue.
