[LE] How do I make custom race followers & custom race npc replacements when the race requires multiple ESMs?

Hey, so there are two major mods I really, really want to do myself; Replace every Human (and possibly Mer) NPC with PokeRace (The only Anime mod for SSE, despite its flaws I adore it).

Unfortunately, there's a problem; PokeRace requires 4 ESM files (Skyrim, the Update, Dawnguard, and RaceCompatibility)

Because it requires RaceCompatibility, I can't use the Creation Kit, and therefore, I don't know where to start. Can I please get some pointers? Thank you!

After I finish these two, I might resize either the ImoMegane glasses from OldRim to fit the race, then proceed to optimize it for SSE, or I'll resize the mesh for Realistic Eyeglasses since I can make that dependant. But that's for another day since I only know a small portion of what to do for that.
