CTD Entering DC and on loading afterwards (LO posted)

Hello All,

 

I'm hoping someone here is able to help me. I recently started playing FO4 again on a fresh game with some new mods, as my previous runs had issues with CTDs. All was well until I arrived at Diamond City, at which point I CTD'd on entering the front gate. Since then, any attempt to load my game from the most recent save crashes while still in the loading menu. Looking at my mods, I can't figure out what is conflicting. My order is below:
