Cell Names

Hey, I am making mod with a small town, and I was wondering how you would change the cell name (like it does for other towns) without changing the entire region name. (Like I have always done before, but messed up the weather and forced me to fix it to exactly how the area was.)

 

edit: Bah, while I am at it, I might as well ask some other questions I want.

 

1. Cell Name (Above)

 

2. Can you give NPC's who travel (silt strider) more then four locations to travel, or would I have to make another NPC that can travel to the location I want?

 

3. Does anybody know what style Hlaalu towns are named by?

1) Perform a slow double-click on the cell name.

 

2) No, not unless you use a dialog-only system with some embedded scripts.

 

3) Telvanni towns are the only ones that have a naming convention. This is because there are lords responsible for single towns, which are built around the tower of the lord responsible for the town. A naming convention doesn't exist with the other two houses with holdings in Vvardenfell, because, AFAIK, the Redorans have a centralized council with lords responsible for a mixture of geographic areas and settlements, and the Hlaalu councillors -- none of which are associated with a settlement or area -- reside in arbitrary locations.
