Super Small and Petty Mod Request

I'm not entirely sure if this falls under the category of mod, but you would need to modify the texture of a specific item in the game so I suppose it would.

 

I have found a look I absolutely love in fallout 3 on my new character, which is the stealth armor suit with the shady hat on.

 

However, in the back portion of the hat the stealth suit is clipping through it.

 

If someone could do what I'd imagine to be a simple fix and make it so the stealth armor won't clip through the hat it would mean a tremendous amount to me!

 

Or if there is a simple fix I can do myself as in adjusting some sort of setting in the console commands, that would be awesome too.
