I have been playing through Northern Springs again, and I go to Thicket Excavations, find Quenton Grant with a quest marker over his head, but he just says "Hey you, Please come here, I need your help." He never proceeds with the quest. I can go to Northern Springs, I have done quests there. I have been searching for the questid so I can start it manually with the console and rescue Cerina. I have done that on past playthroughs. I even went to the office in Diamond City security but there is no one there. Does anyone know the questid for this so I can force it to start? Or any other solution? I have done all this before and it all worked. Since Quenton is there at Thicket I think it should work now, but it doesn't.
