Playing with a high level character

Agenda:

I play a very high level character and Im trying to see every location in fallout 3.

 

 

My first problem now is (suprize) challenge.

I installed Martigens Increased Increased spawns with Very Hard difficulty, but still I can beat my foes too easly. I lose interest if I cannot develop my character so I had to install the leveling past 20 mod to feel getting something othar than running from one place to another.

 

My second problem is what to do with all the loot/caps.

The game makers didnt really think that anyone would want to explore the whole game with one character it seems, cause I certanly cant find anything to do with riches. Stopping caring about looting/picking up items is not really a good option in a game like this. There should be some (perheps continous) acts that would encourage players to seek for riches.

 

 

My third problem is that as an evil character, I run out quickly for example villages to raid.

A goodytwoshoes could go one killing supermutants, raiders and alike, but as an evil character Id like to be able to cause more havoc among ordinary folk too (if nothing more than a pure shootout). The game only includes like handful of two to three house towns.

 

 

Does someone other share these problems?

What did you do to keep the game fun, interesting and a challenge?

Starting a new game is not an answer to this problem, Im trying to keep open ended game going :)

I've only encountered the "enemies are too easy" problem and the "I have nothing left to spend my 20k+ caps on" but those alone are a little annoying.

 

You could try figuring out how to make the various villages respawn and make a mod for it, so that evil characters can raid the same village more than once, or maybe make your own villages to raid. Both should be pretty easy to make in the GECK even if you aren't already a modder, and other people in the same situation would be forever grateful for these "evil content" mods. ;)

I am up past 37000 caps and have tons of stuff. I am also at level 20. You can install some weapon mods that improve npc accuracy. I also found installing the mod greenworld made the game harder because you can't see through all the trees. So the enemies are harder to spot. I think you can also remove the red enemy marker.

Like which mods you are using to counter these problems :)

 

ie. are there any mods which would offer something reasonable for the "hoarding of items"?
