CTD upon loading main menu

So last night, I played Skyrim for about an hour with no issues at all except one or two small drops in frame rate (at the time I contributed them to the ENB I am running) and exited the game via the console after saving (a long standing habit I picked up while playing Oblivion). This morning I restarted my computer to solve a problem with my headset (it didn't help) and now Skyrim CTD directly after the Bethesda logo every single time I try to open it.

I have 177 mods installed according to BOSS. I don't see how these could be an issue though since the game has played quite smoothly last night with all of them active.

I ran BOSS and 143 were recognized and sorted, 34 were unrecognized and 2 were inactive (redundancies I suppose) just as it was last night before playing Skyrim. I verified the integrity of the game cache and it said it was downloading two files. Only one of these downloaded. After doing this the game still CTD. Next I ran BOSS again and now it isn't detecting my game at all.

My game is up to date (just reinstalled vanilla three days ago) with SKSE and I'm running Dawnguard, Dragonborn, and Hearthfire with the unofficial patches for all.
