Mister Gutsy/Handy Lag

I seem to lag sometimes BADLY around things like when a room has gas in it... that will lag moderately... however if there's a place with a few Mister Gutsys in the area... it can lag hardcore until killed. Same with the gas leak... once I shoot a rocket into the room or a grenade and the room flares up and then goes out... no lag at all. This has proven a major annoyance whenever trying to engage in heavy combat like in front of the White House and there's a couple of them around a couple dozen mutties and Talon Mercs/Enclave Soldiers... if anyone knows how to tone down the effects lag lemme know ASAP. :thanks:

 

FYI I am running a nice system and the game runs smooth as can be on ultra settings until the above problems come into play.
