"SkyRe" Weapon Damage Values Keeps Changing Constantly

I'm back guys! With even more mod issues to address! Anyone who can help me out?

I'm using "SkyRe" mod and my weapon damage values keeps changing constantly, even though I don't do anything. It has nothing to do with skills since the only thing I need to do to make the weapon damage values to change is to exit and re-enter the menu again. This is very annoying as I can't keep track of my weapon damage and what I need to do to upgrade it.

I will post 2 pictures showing an already equipped item that will show as "reduced damage" (if i equip it) You will see what I mean.

Bump? The issue is really annoying me, I don't know if continuing with the game will cause any adverse effects to my weapon damage overall. When running around with a longbow I have 85 damage with it. The shortbow has 76 attack. Sometimes the shortbows attack will increase to 95 and this attack rating will go after a while. Running around using stamina does decrease the value but when my stamina returns it goes back up to 95 damage.

Shortbow and longbows are different, stamina affects it, arrows affect it, perks affect it, race attributes affect it.... so many things affect it.

Start by reading the 100 page manual of SkyRe. For what it's worth, I think what you have is completely normal.

I know this is a necropost but I can't find any more information on this topic besides the usual stamina comments.

Yesterday I noticed the same problem with my Bow changing from 130 to 103 damage even with full health and stamina. What I found was that it depends on where I am looking, strange, I know, but if i stand in place and look around, there is an area where it changes to the lower stat, if i turn back again, it changes back to the higher stat. It happened in whiterun when i was looking towards the sun (give or take a 90 degree angle) but it also happens in breezehome when i look toward the rear of the house instead of the front.

I haven't found the real cause yet and I haven't found a solution, but I thought I'd post here to let future googlers know that there is more to it than just stamina/health.
