Everyone is Frozen in Place!

Started a new game, and I'm not sure what conflict is causing it, but every character stands still with their arms spread in the default position. I'm thinking it could be a conflict in the order I have the plugins, but I'm unfamiliar with how they should be arranged.

I'm fairly new to modding Skyrim, so there's a large chance I've done something wrong. Any advice on the correct order (or deletion) of the mods would be greatly appreciated!

I HAD THIS PROBLEM!!! Okay, so what it most likely is, is a problem with you uninstalling a mod that uses FNIS. Reinstall it and then properly uninstall it. If that's not what you did, it's still probably a problem with FNIS.
