LE Weapon and spell loadouts

Asking if its possible to make skyrim sse xbox1 mod to have multiple loadouts for weapons or spells just by pressing x. Basically make x key change loadouts and not put away weapons. :) thx for reading in advance. And when you want to put away weps just press x and hold. Thx again and hope this can be made.
