Better bullet wounds?

Hey,

maybe I'm just to stupid to search, but I did not found a mod that makes bullet wounds on characters:

- Look better (it's just a red splatter, there is no bullet hole)

- Appear with every hit

- Make different wounds depending on the weapon used

 

Maybe someone still wants to do this...
