Thumping sound when sneaking

*EDIT* The sound happens when I draw or sheath my weapon, mount or dismount a horse, in addition to sneaking

I think I have a mod, somewhere in my list of 70, that is running some kind of script when I press the sneak key. Everytime I enter or exit sneak mode, a thunderous thumping sound plays. It was a CONSTANT sound that seemed to be caused by sneaking and never ever stopped, but I uninstalled everything and started from scratch. carefully reviewing each mod as I installed it. Now, the sound only plays once per press of the sneak key. I have no idea why, but I'd love for someone to tell me that I can just adjust the .ini file and fix everything.

 

I guess I'll include my BOSS report, in case someone needs it to help me. I'm using Vista, by the way... Not by choice, you understand.

I've tried loading the game hundreds of times with different mods activated and deactivated. It seems to be a fundamental script error deep inside the belly of the beast.

By the way, I don't know what to do about that bashed patch suggestion. I figure I should bash a patch, whatever that means. Sure don't want to mess up, though.

 

Anyway, could my problem be caused by a mod that has nothing to do with sneaking? Last time, I got the sound to stop when I deactivated a mod that simply changed script effect icons. So, I don't use that anymore, and now I have this sneaking issue.

 

Also, while I'm here, Immersive Interface won't work for me, although it worked perfectly with all of the mods above and more before I wiped my data folder. Any ideas?

Ahha! Solved it. The nasty sound comes from Companion Share and Recruit, aka, Toaster Says Share. A fix is available, and so far it works like a charm.
