Modded game crashes soon after leaving house during the prologue

Hello. Returned to F4 after a long break and, well, I can't, because the game keeps crashing on me. Crashes begin to happen roughly a minute after I exit my home during the game's prologue. There are no error messages, game just ends and returns me to Windows home screen.

 

I have original Steam copy of the game and every DLC installed. I am using Vortex to install a number of mods. After cutting away any non-essential for my pleasure mod, the ones I am using are:

 

Script Extender

Unofficial Fallout 4 Patch

Higher Settlement Budget 1.3

Scrap Everything

Better Settlers v2.0

Better Companions

We Are The Minutemen

Longer Power Lines x 3

Silent Generators and Turrets

Should run like body mods, special mods, clothing mods, and perhaps armor ones. However, all other mods, etc. Should be added in after you get out of the vault. That way, you make it through the prologue easier.
