Looking for those special little mods

Hi there, I'm just having a general look around for some great little mods with small effects, or non-noticeable integration, such as Active Wasteland or Duplet. Here's my load order, so you can see what I already have. Just to make it clear, I'm not looking for any more big game changes or graphics/weather mods, unless they are very light weight. Thanks.

You were pretty vague at describing what you are looking for. You need to be more specific, otherwise I can only suggest that you use the Categories search. Start with Gameplay Effects and Changes, sort the items by Most endorsed (descending) and check at least the first 4-5 pages.

I'll try to specify a bit more. I'm looking for mods that are pretty small and go largely un-noticed by the community as whole, yet those who have found and downloaded those mods finds them to be excellent. If it's still too vague then just leave it. I did the whole 'Category search' thing when I cam back to New Vegas. I'm no green-thumb, 'Better Game Performance' was uploaded by me on an account I can no longer remember the password for

Take a look through the list of mods used as part of the NVEC to see if there's any little mods that you might want but not as a result of the NVEC:

Other mods I recommend trying out:

Goodsprings Filler: Makes Goodsprings a little more filled out with a few more NPCs and homes.

New Vegas Uncut mod series - Pretty much restores a lot of content cut from the game. If you can only choose one, then I definitely recommend New Vegas Uncut - Outside Bets.

NPC Project - Freeside - Adds a ton more NPCs to Freeside. Do note that this mod will conflict with the New Vegas Uncut - Freeside mod. I use the NPC Project version since it's a lesser performance hit than the New Vegas Uncut version.
NPC Project - Aerotech Office Park - More refugees in this area.
NPC Project - Bitter Springs - More refugees in this area.

Populated Casinos - I hated the fact that practically most of the casinos were empty. It also didn't jive with the game lore either. So this helps in both regards.
