DLC Not Starting

I have all the DLC's, and they are selected when I open FOMM. But when I start up the game, they don't start. (I'm already outside Doc Mitchell's house.)

 

I'm running Project Nevada, NVEC Complete, A World of Pain, Mod Configuration Menu, Unified HUD, More Perks/Traits, Novac Motel - the Courier's Room, and Easy Unlock. (I doubt the last two are the problem since I added them after starting a game and I had the problem before I added them.)
