Radio music strange bug~

Hi,

during the opening loading screen the music works. Main menu it works. In the game it DOESN'T work, all other sound does though. Music DOES work in the game however whenever I get a loading screen or bring up the pip-boy menu (or ESC menu). This is strange and I can't figure out whats wrong (thus, how to fix it). Please help :c

 

I've done verification of game cache (steam game), tried DirectShow Filter Reset (Opening sound stopped working and half ingame sound also stopped working, uninstalled it then) and tried messing with my out of game sounds (wouldn't make sense because music DOES work, only when i'm in a menu of some kind)

Another thing. The station is stuck on the mysterious broadcast. If i try to change it, it will be reset to it when i next bring up the pip-boy

On a side note, I have tried disabling/enabling certain codecs, and this is not the issue also. Even when i tried this whenever I opened/closed the pip-boy it would set it to mysterious broadcast right away and if i change it it switches back right away.
Still no sound outside of menus, please help

It appears that it is just the save that is disallowing music to play, as when I start a new game all the sounds work properly. Is there anyway to get sound working again in my original game?

This is a bug in some versions of the "Delay DLC" mod. I was able to resolve the issue by disabling "Delay DLC Combined" and instead installing "Delay DLC v1-6."
