modify specific .efx file

I try to use the effect of "dragoon up jump wave" which can be found under the route vfx\efx\cm_TU\cm_emo3\emo3_000.efx

The visual effect is beautiful. But it contains a part of effects showing the bounce impact on the ground that causes a cobweb-like image right at the spot where the effect comes out (see picture, marked red area under the foot of player).

Can someone teach me how to modify the detail of .efx file in order to remove the unwanted cobweb ground effect and keep the other effects unchanged? Or has it nothing to do with the questioned efx-file but with another seperate efx-file that controls ground effect?
