talesofarise Mod Load order

There doesn't seem to be Vortex support for Tales of Arise yet and i can't seem to get a working extension from scratch to do the job.

is there a way to get the .pak files in the file directory to load in a specific order?

 

I have a few mods that override some costumes for all characters but i'd like to use other mods to override those previous overrides.

if anyone has any advice or methods of getting this to work. (or a Vortex extension of Tales of Arise i can download) tha'd be great.
