someidiot777 Posted July 30, 2013 Share Posted July 30, 2013 Hello everyone, not sure where to ask this but I need help trying to convert Lurker101s Billboard Loadscreen and Poster Pack's DDS into Jpeg (or some type of picture file). http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/38027/? (Adult Mod) I have tried free programs such as DDS Converter 2.1 (Doesn't seem to work for Windows 7) , Paint.net, Mircosoft Paint, and Gimp (I didn't really try it because I think it for MAC, couldn't download the Window 7 version).
