[Mod Request] The Dead Ringer from TF2

An idea for a mod of the TF2 dead ringer for the player with several unique features that make it stand out from the usual stealth boy or piece of legendary cloaking armor. This is a rough concept of it; it's meant mainly to be a d*ck to raiders who think they got you.

Special notes:

1) You cannot fire your weapon with the dead ringer out or swing your blades

2) Toggle the dead ringer on/off via the "grenade" hotkey you have assigned grenades to

Rough legendary concept description:

 

Cloak negates %75 percent of damage only applies to the first hit when it's fully charged.
