Looking for help to mod a N64 cartridge (F-Zero X EK)

Hey there, im pretty new to this forum and im actually looking for either advice or help regarding F-Zero X's Expansion Kit English rom hack (found at 64dd.org) and putting it on a stand alone cartridge. i've seen that it was possible to do, as ive seen Madao Joestar play the EK rom and state they were playing on hardware. but i am not techy and i know id mess something up. Is there anyone who has any know how on porting roms to n64 carts or could even do it themselves for me? I'm just clueless and I dont have much money to shell out for an everdrive64. hmu if you got any advice or inquiries!!
