But is it really too much to ask that you find people who are literate, and able to read and understand their own rules before giving those same people unaccountable freedom to power trip on the same users who are paying for and funding your business to begin with? If you're going to remove a file because supposedly you need permission to upload it, shouldn't someone verify that this is actually the case before taking action? That you aren't removing a file for which permission to redistribute is explicitly granted to anyone and everyone? Can you imagine any other business operating this way? You pay for a hotel room, and along waddles over some unemployable half wit, gut spilling out of his stained shirt, knuckles dragging on the ground, to stutter out that you've been removed from the hotel for violating a "no dogs" policy, even with no dogs around? You argue the case for as long as you can endure the odor of someone who hasn't bathed this week, but it's no use, they literally can't understand the words. The sort of person that has some free time, and says to themselves "I think I'll spend this time nannying the internet for strangers" is always going to be a bit subpar in the brains category. I get that. But if you're handing out the responsibility of rules enforcement to these people, shouldn't the ability to understand the rules in question, and the ability to understand a situation before running into it state issued helmet first, be a requirement? Isn't that the bare minimum?
