How to make ambient lightning not affect some meshes, but flame/fire does

Hello guys!

Is there a way to make a mesh not be affected by the ambient lightning (the day/night lightning to be more specific) but keep it to be affected by other light sources?

I'm trying to find a way to do that using Nifskope and/or CSE, but it so hard to find information about this...

Thanks!

If you look at the first caves in my Harodich mod - the nif materials, diffuse textures, normal textures and lighting. Inside the walls are blue with metallic patches just after the caves they are mat brown - same textures but different material. While lighting is critical, none of the other nifs/textures respond in the same way - why is this so?

That is just one example of a myriad of things that can be achieved but it can be a lot of loading in and out of game to try and get what we want - often then very limited. Without being able to write shaders, I find it both frustrating and challenging.

There aren't any tutorials I know of that cover this in a linear or point form - I will try do this.

In the meantime, if you message me some images of what you wish to achieve I will try to help.
