On the SSE mods page click on "Community>Forums" and it will take you to the SSE forums. There is a dedicated Vortex forums page where you should post any issues or questions about Vortex. On the Nexus home page just click on Community and then Forums and you will see the Vortex forums. There you will be able to get expert advice on any questions related to Vortex.
