SSE Tried Creating an Enchantment that Fortifies Both One-handed and Two-handed with CK but Failed

I tried to create an enchantment that fortifies both one handed and two handed weapon damage, by doing this https://imgur.com/a/Y5baUv1, but when I went to arcane enchanter and use that enchantment, fortify one-handed to 44%, whilst two-handed stayed at 13%. So I manually increased the magnitude of fortify two-handed to 44% in CK, but when I used arcane enchanter, the fortify one-handed stayed at 13% whilst fortify two-handed increased to around 140%. Any way of doing this correctly?

This is a known bug for dual enchantments, where the second is always much smaller. Look at Scrambled Eggchantments. There is a fix for Multiple Enchantment Effects - you could ask the author if it will work with your added enchantment.
