LE Visual Effects Book of Change [Dragonborn DLC]

Hi Folks,

 

would appreciate a Mod, that disables the annoying [imho] visual Effect from the Black Book: Wind of Change "Perk" -Scholar's Insight etc.

 

You know the blue smoke or something like that around your char.

 

If someone has done this already, pls give me a link.
