magis365365
Hello everyone, it's the first time I post something in this forum, but I didn't find a clear answer to a question I had. I'm making a mod and have been modifying Serana's sound files. In a quick google search, I noticed that Laura Bailey, the voice actress for serana, also did the voices for some of the characters in Fallout New Vegas. My question is simple, if I extract the sound files from Fallout new vegas and edit them for a Skyrim mod, do I break any rules? I have seen that users have been banned for using files from other games, but as in this case the game company is the same, so the question arose... Sorry for my english, I used an on-line translator.
TheVampireDante
Would be a problem, Bethesda does not allow the use of their content in other games, even their other titles so you would be in violation of their terms if you used material from FNV for your mod. magis365365
I thought since they were all from the same company, there would be no problem. Clearly, I was wrong. Thank you very much for your response.
