All structures missing in Dead Money.

Title. Decided to run start dead money after beating Old World Blues (which I had no issues with), but as soon as I load in all the buildings are absent, the only things still present are certain objects. Admittedly I'm running quite a few mods, but it I'd rather not go tinkering around with removing a bunch at this point. Any help would be appreciated.

Nevermind, I solved the problem 5 mins after posting this. Finally found another thread about the same problem. For anyone wondering, the issue is in cleaning the main esm files (as recommended by loot), don't do it. After verifying the integrity of the game files the issue has been resolved.
