Anyway to make power armor look like Fallout 76>

After playing Fallout 76, I found that I really liked the way power armor looked in that game. It was kinda smooth and shiny but also dark looking and it was really cool, and I was just curious if A, is there a mod like this that already exists? And B, how hard would this be to do? Would it need to be built from the ground up, or could it be easily ported?
