Fallout with mods crashing every 5 minutes

Hello, I've got a problem with my modded FNV.

It keeps crashing all the time, when I'm travelling, loading new areas, or just casually walking around.

I've tried using Fallout NVSE 4g launcher but still the same thing happens. I've been trying all sorts of different load orders, and i was also trying to change them by own. Please help me, I would really like to have some fun.
