Can we fix primal size (Primal druid archetype feature)

The primal druid archetype's 16th level modification of enlarge person doesn't work.

The primal druid is based on a druid archetype that can wild shape into giants. Since that isn't possible in WotR, they augmented enlarge person and made it so you can cast it on yourself while wild shaped and in human form.

The effects it is supposed to have:

1st - 7th: normal enlarge person: +2 str, -2 dex, gain one size cateogry

8th-15th: +4 str and con, -2 dex, gain one size category

16th+: +6 str and con, -2 dex, gain two size categories.

It seems to have some bugs.

Actual effects:

1st-7th: Stat effects working as intended. Size increases one category if not wild shaped (Scimitar damage goes from 1d6 to 1d8). BUG: no increase in size or natural weapon damage when in wild shape, only stat effects.

8th-15th: Stat effects working as intended. Size increases one category if not wild shaped (Scimitar damage goes from 1d6 to 1d8). BUG: no increase in size or natural weapon damage when in wild shape, only stat effects.

16th+: Completely bugged. Functions identically to the 8th-15th level enlarge person. Including only shifting one size category of damage and only for non-natural weapons.

Is there a way to get this working correctly?

Also, wholly unrelated to enlarge person, but is it super weird to anyone else that the mega-fauna obsessed primal druid doesn't get any different wild shape forms from any normal druid? I thought velociraptor, deinonychus (medium-sized velociraptor), triceratops, or mastodon might make an appearance, but nope. Could be a good idea for a mod, but I'm more concerned with the enlarge person issues in the primal druid.
