Fallout 3 Realism ENB causing a few issues.

So as the title suggests. I installed an ENB known as Realism ENB 0_173, I made sure I had the correct wrapper version, installed it step by step.

And the game looks great, it's working, however not completely. Random but often, flashing white artifacts will flash off either my character in 3rd person view or off of another actor, I am not sure what causes them however they blind me and then my screen will fade to black before regaining my characters' vision. If I look back at the source it'll continue to happen. I am not sure if this is exclusive to this ENB but I don't think it is. Anyway I've attached an image of what it looks like, I hope someone can help me. Thanks :smile:

I am having the same issue and it seems to be related to the bloom feature, and adaptation just makes it worse.
