images don't show up when uploading to skyrim nexus

It just happened today. I upload a screenshot I took, filled everything out and checked the "I agree" button.

 

so on my recent activity page it says i uploaded an image with the correct title, but the image that shows in the corner, is the second to last image I uploaded.

 

also when i click on the link for my new image it takes me to the page of my second to last image.

 

how come its doing that? bug? did i go over the daily image limit?

This has been happening for lots of folks since the server re-start. :pinch:

The Admin team is aware and will get to it as soon as they can. :confused:

 

When it happens, (and it's not all the time) three seems to be the magic number. :ohmy:

The third upload of the image actually "sticks". :yes:
