moving to a new computer

So I have a new computer that I want to move my Skyrim SE over to and it has about 275 mods active. What would be the best way to achieve a best case scenario and be able to just start the game and pick up where I left off?

 

1. If I copy the vortex files over and point vortex to the right folders will it "automatically" apply them?

 

2. I think what I want is to avoid having to re-install each and every mod one by one.

 

3. I do know Vortex is spread across 3 different drives, the saves are on the C: drive, the mods files themselves are 'cached' on a spinning disk D: and my steam library is on E: drive. Oh, and Vortex itself is installed in C:/program files
